Welcome to US Tae Kwon Do College - Capitol Hill
Traditional Tae Kwon Do is the Korean art of self-defense. Literally translated, it means “foot, hand, art.” Tae Kwon Do is the oldest and greatest of martial arts and is still practiced as a sport around the world. However, it is much more than kicking and punching. It is a guide for building character, mixing physical and mental discipline with a deep sense of philosophy. Tae Kwon Do is a non-violent way of life with the following benefits: increases in discipline, self confidence, concentration, and coordination.
